Potsticker Cooking Instructions:

(These Instructions are for 6 Potstickers)
  • Place Non-Stick or Cast Iron Pan on stove at medium heat. I prefer it a little below medium, which will allow for a better caramelized charred bottom

  • Add 1 TBS Canola Oil or any other neutral oil

  • Place dumplings in pan for 3-4 mins. You want the bottom of to have a light/medium browning

  • Pour (heavy) ¼ cup of hot water and cover to steam for 6-7 mins

  • You will know to take the cover off when all the water evaporates

  • Remove cover and let potstickers sizzle for another minute. This will ensure that the bottoms are charred to perfection

  • Give the pan a back & forth shake for release

  • I like to drizzle some more sesame oil over top before serving

***Add a touch more oil if you plan on cooking the entire 12/pack
